Product review: Top air vent Shark Spartan Carbon
My first time dealing with icasque & I must say it has been very positive. My order arrived promptly & in perfect condition this has been greatly apprieciated. The only down side is that I needed a special tool to get the old part off, this I only found out when I tried to fit it, not icasques fault. I will use icasque again without hesitation.

Product review: Replacing Top Vent Spartan Carbon
Mix feelings, the vent failure is due to poor design and manufacturing. Not icasque fault. (They are a French Company)
They had the item in stock and it came in 5 working days others here in the UK, had it on order for 2 months and did not deliver. The price was OK but the shipping made it expensive. Shark do not provide fitting instructions which Icasque could do. It is very easy to change with the correct tools.
Frankly I would use them again they had what I wanted and delivered it all be it at a much higher price than I was quoted here.

Product review: Shark Spartan Top Vent
Replacement for broken Shark Carbon vent. Product had a Matt finish bottom v line instead of gloss but apart from that was identical in all other respects. Expensive for a bit of formed plastic until you consider price of a new helmet. Good arrived quickly, we're well packaged and I'm pleased with the outcome. I would use this Company again.

Product review: Shark Spartan Helmet Top Vent
The operating lever for this vent became loose after very little use. iCasque was contacted and quickly sent out a new top vent assembly.
The new assembly, on inspection, had poor quality plastic welds making the unit useless.
iCasque quickly replaced this with a new unit which was successful.
There is, in my opinion, a poor level of quality control in the manufacture of this unit and this lets the product down.
Recommendation
No, I would not recommend this item to a friend.
