Naca Le Castellet Black Carbon

With more than 40 years of experience in the field of composites, NACA innovates by proposing its neo-retro full-face motorcycle helmet Le Castellet Black Carbon, an ultra light (1050 grams, +/- 50 grams depending on the size) and ultra resistant helmet, thanks to its patented design. The structure of its shell, made of pre-impregnated carbon fibers, woven in a special way and to which a honeycomb structure is added, allows to obtain a reduced volume of the polystyrene shell and an exceptional rigidity of its outer shell.

The shape of the Le Castellet full-face helmet, studied in a wind tunnel to optimize air penetration, ensures first-rate aerodynamic performance, which, in addition to its light weight, makes it very comfortable and pleasant to wear. The back of the helmet, partially flattened, guarantees a reduction in turbulence. Its ventilation system is composed of 6 chin vents and a top one, the latter, developed by NACA to have the best possible performance with the least amount of drag, is still widely used on racing cars. At the back of the helmet, 3 exfiltration grids allow the extraction of the air that has been diffused through channels in its cap.

The wide field of vision that "Le Castellet" offers is due to the fact that its screen is as close as possible to the face of its driver. NACA delivers it as standard with a clear polycarbonate screen treated against scratches, a high performance Pinlock anti-fog film and a second screen with a smoked tint.

The alcantara-like suede interior is soft and comfortable, and the periphery is made of leather. A chin strap with double D chin strap for maximum attachment security completes its high-end features.
