At Roof, designing original and innovative helmets has always been a priority. With its open face helmet "Bamboo Black Glossy" approved according to the new ECE 22.06 standard, Roof created the first helmet made of natural bamboo and flax fibers. Or when originality and safety go green.

Used for centuries in Asia, natural fiber is known for its mechanical properties. Flexible and resistant at the same time, bamboo is a porous fiber that grows in abundance. Its use has no impact on deforestation, so the Bamboo helmet is well within the trend of sustainable development.

In order to obtain such a refined helmet, the fiber is braided into mats, dehydrated and preformed in molds, in several pieces that are then assembled with epoxy resin to form its shell. Each braiding being different, each Bamboo helmet is an exclusive piece. The Bamboo helmet shell shows the originality of its vegetable fiber.

Also available in two original bamboo colored versions "Bamboo Pure Mat Sand" and "Bamboo Pure Mat Khaki", with central bamboo braiding, the Roof Bamboo open face helmet will seduce scooterists who are both concerned about the environment... and their look!
