Shoei NXR2 Yagyo TC-2

An evolution of the famous NXR, the NXR2 is the first Shoei helmet to meet the new ECE 22.06 standard.

With its compact, streamlined design and aggressive side profile, the NXR2 is the perfect compromise between sportiness and comfort. It will accompany you on both road and track.

Technical improvements include improved aerodynamic performance, with lift reduced by 6% and drag by 4% compared to the NXR. Its integrated spoiler, strategically shaped air intakes and scoops accentuate the dynamic character of this NXR2 full-face helmet, with its outstanding performance.

Its new "CWR-F2" screen, with its 2-dimensional shape, optimizes optical characteristics through its curvature and thickness to reduce distortion. It features reinforcement zones at the top and bottom to increase rigidity. Its locking system, located in the center of the screen, reduces the risk of accidental opening during high-speed driving. It is compatible with the new Pinlock Evo DKS-304, and comes as standard with the Pinlock®Evo, which has been redesigned to offer a wider field of vision.

On the ventilation side, a new system with resized and repositioned air intakes improves airflow and the helmet's overall aerodynamics: the lower ventilation has been redesigned to allow integration of the new screen, the upper vents improved for greater riding comfort, particularly during sport riding, and the front ventilation relocated, with an additional air intake channel to increase airflow into the helmet.

Its "Multi-Ply Matrix AIM+" shell, exclusive to Shoei and available in 4 sizes, combines a superposition of 6 layers of absorbent fibers composed of fiberglass and lightweight, high-performance organic fibers, offering optimal shock absorption, strength and elasticity. Its multi-density EPS liner, which uses different densities of expanded polystyrene in key areas around the head, also features a channel system for ideal fresh air circulation.

Its "3D-MaxDry" interior is fully removable, washable and replaceable. The cheekpads have been redesigned to blend in perfectly with the lower line of the shell. They offer more volume at the base for greater comfort and reduced aerodynamic noise.
Like its predecessor, the NXR2 benefits from the EQRS (Emergency Quick Release System).
