RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH DELIVERY
To cover yourself in case of problems upon receiving your order we encourage you to thoroughly check the exterior of the package in the presence of the delivery person (or in the package relay) and before signing the slip. If it is damaged, torn, wet, pressed or re-taped by the post, you have 2 options:
- 1) Refuse the package and indicate to the driver the reason for refusal, the parcel will then be returned directly.
- 2) Receive the parcel while noting the deterioration of its packaging to the driver. These observations should be reported on the flasher, if the driver has one, and in paper form.
Please note: the driver is not required to be in attendance when you unpack your package.
On opening the parcel, if you find that the content is damaged immediately notify iCasque.co.uk customer service.
