RETURNING A PRODUCT
- Return for exchange or refund: As an iCasque.co.uk customer, you are welcome to return any product, without justification, within 60 days after the delivery of your order.
- For the exchange or refund request to be accepted please make sur the following conditions are fulfilled :
- the product has just been tried on, but not used outdoor
- the brand labels have note been removed, they are still attached to the product
- the product will be returned brand new, in its original packaging, along with all the accessories that were in the box upon delivery (manual, case, reflective stickers, visor protection, pinlock, etc...)
Once our team receives the product(s) you have returned please note that a quality check will be made, and that if the above contitions have not been fulfilled, you request will not be acknowledged and the product will be sent back to you. - Return for After Sales Service: Whether or not you have purchased your product on iCasque.co.uk, we are committed to respond to all requests for servicing, as long as the brand of the product concerned is an iCasque.co.uk partner (find our partners here : Brands).

How Do I Return a Product?
To return a product, simply :
- Go to your account (My Account), and click on "Submit a Return Request"
- Then select the relevant order and product(s) from that order that you wish to return.
- Specify from the drop down menu the reason for your return, and in the case of an exchange of size, style, or request for after sales service, leave a comment to let us know the desired size/style you would like in exchange, or the problem related to your product.
- Exchange the product
- Receive store credit equal to the value of the product
- Receive a full refund
Please note that the return is not free in any case, if you have any problem with the item received (size exchange, after sales problem, damaged product, etc.) you'll have to pay the return fees and the new shipping.
Since Brexit has been put in application and our warehouse being based in France, we can no longer offer free returns for items returned from the UK.
