You Can at Any Time Check the Status of Your Return
After making a return request via our return form online, you will be informed of the progress of your request via your personal account: View my returns.
You will initially receive acceptance of your application and how to return your product.
Once the product is received in our warehouse it will be subject to review to ensure that it meets the conditions of return set out in our Terms and Conditions (the item must be returned new, unused and in its original packaging together with any accessories supplied therewith).
Once your return has been accepted by our control, we will exchange and ship the new item, give you store credit or refund the item in question according to your request.
